1 for 8 Billion is delighted to welcome Aditi Gorur as its new Campaign Coordinator.
Aditi is an independent consultant who brings more than 15 years of experience working on UN reform and multilateral peace and security.
Her previous roles include director of the Protecting Civilians in Conflict program at the Stimson Center and senior policy advisor at the United States Mission to the UN. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in international development and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Master of Arts in international security from Georgetown University.
As Coordinator, Aditi will be leading 1 for 8 Billion's advocacy and engagement in New York and will work closely with the Steering Committee to support a fair, open and inclusive Secretary-General selection process at the UN.
