As the name of our campaign makes clear the next Secretary-General of the United Nations will represent all eight billion of us. And yet, most of us will have no say at all in how they are chosen.
We want that to change, and we want to start by giving you the chance to tell us how you think the process should be run.
in 2016 we put forward a policy platform outlining ten reforms which would make the process for choosing the next Secretary-General more transparent, accountable, and fair. We managed to make significant progress towards five of them.
Now as we gear up for another selection process, we are going to put forward new and updated proposals. And we'd like you to tell us what they should be.

We want to hear from you, but we also want to hear from as wide an array of people as possible, so as well as filling it in, please share the link far and wide, with your friends, family and colleagues.
We will be putting our proposals together over the next couple of months, so please fill in the form by the end of June.
The world only gets to choose a new Secretary-General once every ten years. The next selection will likely begin in late 2025 but to be in with a chance of improving the way this works we need to get going now. Let's make the most of this opportunity!
